oops good catch remove both "to"s from that and it will make more sense. (thought I fixed that before release oh well no harm done)

it should say:

You may adjust the map
Up a maximum of 32093
Down a maximum of -32693

Those values should keep you within the allowed range for the ter file. whether those values are good in game is another story.
